A single merchant can serve multiple towns. Set a separate merchant pickup pin for every assigned service town so Mapbox calculates the delivery fee from the correct branch/location.

Create Sub Admin / Rider / Live Chat Agent
Live Chat Agent permissions: automatically receive and answer customer chats, reply/send images, create orders from chat, view Rider-unassigned orders, assign eligible On Duty Riders, add positive Additional Fees, end chats, and escalate to Main Admin. Agents cannot apply discounts/vouchers or negative billing adjustments. Maximum 2 active chats at a time.
